Tricia Briggs, our HOA president, sent out a summary of the September meeting of the Association’s Board of Directors. In that update, it relates that the BOD discussed future projects, a proposed amendment to our Association’s governing documents, the proposed budget to support 2020 community operations and the wristband amenity fee.
