Seacrest Beach II Owner’s Association Inc.
Welcome to the Seacrest Beach website. Our 78-acre beach community was transferred from the developer to the Owners Association in 2004. Our association of over 500 members is governed by a seven-member Board of Directors. Each member serves a three (3) year term and the terms are staggered among the board, with elections occurring each October at the Annual Meeting of Owners. The Board of Directors is charged with guiding the Association in accordance to the community’s vision statement.
The Seacrest Beach Board of Directors seeks to create and maintain a premier family focused residential and vacation rental community which is safe and relaxing with attractive amenities aimed at securing and improving the financial investments of its Owners.
Design Review Board
In addition to the Board of Directors, the Design Review Board is a governing body, appointed by the BOD, to oversee the architecture and design of the community. The DRB is a five-member board that meets monthly to review and approve new construction plan applications, as well as monitor the aesthetic and functional consistency of the neighborhood.
Our Community Association Manager, along with the rest of the association’s staff, oversee the day-to-day operations of the community and report to the Board of Directors. The Seacrest Beach Homeowners Association is responsible for not only maintaining the beauty and livability of our community but for improving your experience at every opportunity. Whether you are here for a brief visit, or call Seacrest Beach home, we strive to make our community among the best destinations along the scenic Highway 30-A corridor.
