New Ask the HOA Feature

Do you have a question about something in our community? Perhaps the answer will be in the newly created Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ) section of our neighborhood website.

If you do not see an answer to your question, simply send an e-mail message to ask@scbhoa.com. Our community management team will be responsible for routing questions to the individual or group best suited to provide reliable, fact-based source of information.

To ensure we focus on issues alone, the name of the person submitting the question will not be shared with the person (or people) providing the answer. Similarly, the name of the person (or people) providing the answer will not be published on the FAQ website.

Anyone can send an e-mail message to the “Ask the HOA” distribution list; however, given the answers to those questions may contain information that is only intended for members of the community, the Frequently Asked Questions will only be accessible to registered users.
