This beautiful Florida home consists of two defined spaces in one building, all included in your stay! The ground floor has a single bedroom and bathroom with a fully stocked kitchen and updated appliances. It is a great space for someone in the family who finds the stairs more difficult. This space has two entrances, one that allows the family to enter through the garage and one from the side. It opens onto a back porch that is great for a barbecue or relaxing in a shaded oasis. There is direct access to the 12,000 sq ft. Seacrest oasis pool, surrounded by palm trees and lounge chairs. The pool has many levels to make sure that each member of your family has the most fun possible.

The upstairs space has 3 bedrooms. Two of the bedrooms are primary suites on the third floor. The larger primary suite has a large bathroom with a Jacuzzi tub and a large walk-in closet space that has been furnished with a crib and changing table for families with young children. This suite opens to a large balcony that overlooks the backyard and pool area. The third bedroom on the second floor has two queen-sized bunk beds. The kitchen upstairs has updated appliances including a full stove and oven, a large refrigerator, and a dishwasher. There is also a washer and dryer for your use.
