Emergency Contact Registration Form

All property owners, whether their home is on a short-term vacation rental program or not, must complete the "Emergency Contact Information” form no later than 12:00 AM on March 1st of each calendar year. Homeowners must provide the name, telephone number, and e-mail address of at least one individual who should be contacted for matters related to their property in Seacrest Beach. The individual identified must also be able to receive phone calls on a 7 x 24 x 365 basis if an emergency arises.

If you rent your home on either a long-term or short-term basis and you contract with a property manager, please complete this portion of the form. The property management contact should be available to receive phone calls on a 7 x 24 x 365 basis in the event a situation arises at the residence that requires their immediate attention.
