As Governor DeSantis recently moved Florida into Phase 2 of re-opening and has relaxed crowd restrictions and social distancing enforcement, the Seacrest Beach Homeowners’ Association Board of Directors has decided to resume our normal full day operations and cease the East/West Covid-19 Amenity Capacity Plan. Effective Saturday, June 13th, our Lagoon Pool will resume open hours of 9:00am – 9:00pm and our tram services will be available from 9:00am – 6:00pm.
The Homeowners’ Association has been in contact with other communities along 30A and find them relaxing their plans as well. Our beach vendor, La Dolce Vita, will continue to space chair setups further apart than in prior years. You may continue to reserve chairs for a half day rate, but that must be done at the beach with an LDV representative. Our cleaning procedures at the pool and on the tram will continue. We ask everyone to utilize safety measures that they deem appropriate for their families.
