Enjoy panoramic VIEWS of the GULF and evening sunsets from the 3rd floor deck. ”DRIFTWOOD COTTAGE” is only steps to the 12,000 sf Lagoon Pool that Seacrest is known for and is ideally located between Rosemary Beach and Alys Beach. Deeded beach access is just a short 1 min walk across the street and if walking is not an option the Seacrest Beach community tram will provide a ride for your entire group to the white sand beaches. Parking for 3 cars only.

This vacation haven is perfectly situated for all the fun surrounding it! The home features open living/kitchen area, ceramic tile and hard wood floors throughout, 3 large bedrooms, one on the main level with its own full bath and walk in closet that opens to a porch and private courtyard. The living room also features a queen sleeper sofa. There are two additional bedrooms located on the 2nd level with king beds, each with its own large balcony and attached bathrooms. The spacious master suite opens to a private balcony and has a separate walk-in shower, jetted tub and double vanity. The master also has a trundle bed with two twin mattresses. The 3rd level has a lounging/living area with a queen sleeper sofa and twin sleeper chair. The decks on both sides are a perfect escape to enjoy the beautiful Emerald Coast views! This beautiful home also includes beach gear credit. You can use the credits towards beach chairs, beach wagons, toys, or kayaks.

You must be at least 25 years of age to rent this property. During Spring Break , the minimum acceptable ratio is one (1) person 25 years of age for every two (2) persons under 25 years of age.

Beach Service
The Seacrest Beach Homeowner’s Association is proud to have La Dolce Vita act as our ambassadors down at the beach. You can reserve beach chairs or setup a beach bonfire by visiting their on-line reservation portal or give them a call at 866-651-1869.

Seacrest Café
One of the newest additions to our community is the Seacrest Beach Café operated by Crust Artisan Bakery. The Café is located on the east side of the lagoon and features a delectable menu that is not your typical pool-side snack shack. They have seafood baskets, the classics such as chicken fingers and burgers, po-boys and sandwiches as well as a satisfying kids menu.

Lagoon/Amphitheater
Centered within the community is the Seacrest Lagoon. This 378,000-gallon pool is one of the largest private pools in the state of Florida, and is open year-round from 9am – 9:45pm for Seacrest residents and guests. At present, our amazing lagoon pool is heated only by the sun. The amphitheater is a grassy area where concerts, movies, and weddings are held. It is also great for a pick-up game of Bocce or Frisbee throwing.

Tram Service
From March through October, the Seacrest Tram service offers transportation to and from the designated tram stops in the neighborhood to the beach or the Lagoon. Simply walk out your front door go to the nearest tram stop and then call for pickup. The tram will arrive within fifteen minutes. The tram starts running every day at 9:00 AM and the last pickup from the beach is 5:30 PM seven days a week.

Beach Access
Seacrest Beach enjoys a deeded beach access at the entrance of the neighborhood, across Hwy 30-A, through the Sunset community. Seacrest residents and guests may walk through the pedestrian boardwalk, or ride the tram through the easement.

Restaurants/Retail
Seacrest Beach’s neighboring developments, The Village of South Walton, Alys Beach, and Rosemary Beach, offer an array of excellent local dining and shopping options. These areas are well within a 15 –minute walk from anywhere in Seacrest Beach.

Walking Trails
Over 1.35 miles of shaded walking trails winding through the community
