We will be mailing out the annual meeting packets Thursday and Friday of this week, so if you are planning on running for one of the three (3) vacant seats on the board, and you want your name on the ballot, and you want your resume/bio distributed to membership, you must email me your intent to run along with your resume or brief bio no later than this Wednesday, September 23rd. After that date, any other nominations may only be made from the floor at the meeting, and those names written in on the ballot.
Also, if you are not attending the meeting on Oct 10th, please send in your proxy. If you are assigning your proxy to someone other than the Secretary, write their name in the second blank, and we will assign your proxy to that person at the meeting. You only need to email, fax or mail the first page of the proxy. We have received approximately 50 proxies so far, but we need 100+ to feel comfortable about reaching a quorum.
